Mark brings the depth and experience of over 35 years in the design business to bear on every project. His powerful work has guided and shaped many of the brands that grace the national landscape, delivering impressive work for such names as Wachovia Securities (now Wells Fargo Advisors), SunTrust Educational Loans, AMF Bowling Worldwide, Wrangler, United States Virgin Island tourism, Thomasville, Castrol, Quiznos, as well as for our own community with the Richmond Forum, Maymont and Hourigan Construction. If you travel around Richmond and even across the country, chances are you’ll find a Mark Smith design.
Mark is known for his thoughtful approach in creating brands that are as effective in differentiating clients from their competitors as they are in achieving their marketing goals. In addition to a degree in Communication Arts & Design from Virginia Commonwealth University, Mark draws on creative skills learned from years of formal training outside the classroom under two internationally recognized painters.
