Sometimes, your marketing department can feel more like an RFP department.
So much effort goes into responding to those RFPs that today’s firms find themselves without the time to develop actionable strategies or to grow a strong brand. Let’s turn that around.
Long sales cycles, RFPs and proposals, shortlist presentations, we get it.
Not only do we have many years of experience working with a wide range of A/E/C firms, we’ve also walked in their shoes. Some of our team members have led marketing departments at various companies and they bring with them experience that is not only unique but insightful. We understand the nuances of the A/E/C world. Not simply because of past accomplishments or because we’re members of SMPS, but because we truly live A/E/C every day. We will be your partner in every sense, and a natural extension of your marketing department.

From the design and development team, to the project management team, circle S exceeded my expectations. I’m very pleased with our new website and updated brand and I’m excited about the possibilities that it will create for our existing and future clients, employees and partners.
We engaged circle S after an exhaustive search and interview process of numerous firms. circle S seemed to “get us” from the beginning. They asked great questions to understand our goals, our needs and most importantly our culture. The rebranding process was incredibly successful – much more than a refresh of a dated mark and logo, but clearly respectful of our 3 decades of history. We were a challenging client for circle S on our website update – we needed a completely new approach, new image and almost all new content. They were patient with us as we worked through our schedule, responding to a committee of 6 architects/designers as if we were their only client. The resulting website hit the mark for us.
Acentech, a nationally recognized multi-disciplinary acoustics, audiovisual, IT and security system design, and vibration consulting firm, wanted to create an educationally-rich website that profiled the firm’s projects and thought leadership abilities as well as celebrated the people who make it all possible. The award-winning website features creative and engaging videos, an active and educational staff-authored blog, personal employee profiles, and access to all social media platforms. Website-generated project leads have increased by approximately 20 percent, of which 50 percent translates to billable work. These new clients include a high-end hotel in a major east coast city, a developer of a TED Talk platform, and a high-tech sportswear company.
Charter, an environmental remediation firm headquartered in Boston, MA, had invested in a new logo but needed help bringing all elements of their brand into alignment. Our renovations began with a refreshed and expanded color palette and messaging that reflects their mission and values. We then designed and developed a custom website that incorporates new design elements and serves as a powerful showcase for their work and the people that make it happen.
Lansing Building Products is a national distributor of exterior residential building products with over 75 showrooms across the country. As a family business in its third generation of leadership, the company’s brand needed a refresh that better portrayed them, while retaining their brand equity. In addition to a new logo, brand identity, website, videos and marketing materials, circle S also infused the refreshed brand into the company's new corporate headquarters.
Kinsley engaged Circle S for a variety of branding and marketing tasks, including the development of our new website. We were extremely grateful for the guidance Circle S provided with respect to the site’s structure, functionality, design and content. We’re very pleased with the website, which looks great and provides us with the level of control we need to properly showcase our constantly-changing resume of work.

circle S studio is one of those rare companies that you want to tell everyone about. They dissected what our organization was about and delivered a visually unique website that our members enjoy using. However, their true value lies within how they approached our organization as a partner. We relied on them to keep us and the project on schedule and they didn’t disappoint. Our website was launched over a year ago and circle S is still by our side to answer questions. I’m confident knowing that if I run into a corner today, circle S is there to help me out of it.
Yes, you want to stand out, but here’s the thing.
Just being different won’t get you there. And unfortunately, just being better won’t get you there either. Your potential clients have to understand not only how you’re different, but also, why they should care. Our process begins by immersing ourselves in your firm and truly “getting” you. We ask a whole lot of questions to dig deep and discover your company’s “why.” By finding the reason to believe, we can develop a strategy that guides, messaging that communicates, and ideas that matter. Think in a way that’s going to truly differentiate your firm. Think beyond the RFP.
