Account Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Account Supervisor who is a good fit for a team that is passionate about steering growth for our clients, our company and our team members. Our Account Supervisors strategically maintain client relationships, looking for ways to help them grow their businesses, while deepening client relationships and delivering a “no surprises” client experience. The Account Supervisor serves as the internal voice for the client and are involved throughout the relationship from strategic planning to creative execution. This position requires strong leadership qualities with the capacity to maintain a high level of awareness and organization with client activities, detail-oriented management, and professional communication with key client contacts. They must also demonstrate the desire to keep current on client/industry trends.

The Account Supervisor will manage and guide our Account Managers, which includes conducting reviews, facilitating goal setting and achievement, and leading career growth. This role is also expected to mentor and lead by example, helping all members of the account team to work towards delivering on the circle S value proposition.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements include:

  • Own all areas of client relationship, providing internal and external client services and communication; acts as main point of contact for defined clients.
  • Regularly checks for and responds promptly to all client communications, including calls, emails and text messages
  • Understand the dynamics, strategies and drivers of the client’s business
  • Formulates plans and looks for opportunities to extend business with established accounts
  • Participates in new-business development as needed.
  • Lead and activate the strategies for assigned clients, while overseeing the development and the execution of creative, digital, consulting, and account projects; making sure the client is well served at all times.
  • Distillation of critical information from clients to internal teams; involves supervisor immediately in event of potential problems, i.e., client/agency relations, budget overruns, etc.
  • Keep team informed, focused and enthused about the work and the business.
  • Provide clarity on projects at every stage & consistently help deliver flawless execution
  • Represents agency at industry and community functions
  • Reviews deliverables to ensure strategic alignment to client’s business objectives.
  • Prepares and manages forecasts, estimates, budgets, retainer reports, invoices, and other financial documents as needed for clients, partners, and/or operations.
  • Works with the Account Director/Partners in planning long term financials.
  • 7+ years managing projects, client relationships and budgets (experience in the financial services or AEC industries and/or Agency experience a plus)
